Thank you so much for your purchase! Slime is a great tool for stress relief, sensory play, entertainment, and is an instant boredom killer. We hope you love your slime as much as we do!

Due to sanitary reasons, absolutely no returns or exchanges will be honored. No refunds. No exceptions. 

Bookshelf Slimes cannot guarantee that you will like a scent or a texture. Bookshelf Slimes is not responsible if the scent is not for you. Scents are noted in the description of each slime. Please read the descriptions.

Bookshelf Slimes products are not for resale. This policy is in place for the safety of the customer and shop, due to the sanitary conditions that are needed to appropriately handle our products. Any customer caught reselling our products will receive a lifetime ban from purchasing. Should you choose to purchase our products resold from another retailer, we cannot guarantee the quality, condition, or hygiene of the product you receive. (In general, purchasing slime that has already been played with is totally unsanitary, and is a widely discouraged practice in this industry.) 

Our current processing time is 5-7 business days. We try to ship orders as soon as possible, but sometimes things prevent us from getting orders shipped immediately. If you order takes more than 7 business days to process, please email us so we can troubleshoot the issue. If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout, Bookshelf Slimes cannot be responsible if the package is sent to the wrong address. Please double check your address before purchasing!

All Bookshelf Slimes products are made with borax and household ingredients such as lotion, soap and fragrance oils. Some slimes may contain clay, foam beads, fake snow, instant snow, and other add-ins. If you think you may have an allergy to any of these, do not purchase. If you have an allergy to something common in slime not listed here, please contact Bookshelf Slimes before purchasing.

We do our best to ensure that your slime arrives to you in the best possible condition, but sometimes shipping incidents do occur. Please let us know if there is a problem with your order or if something is damaged in shipping! We are happy to help you and provide guidance to the best of our abilities.
